From Craft to Architecture: The Transition to SaaS

We are at a turning point - from a tool for ourselves to a scalable SaaS platform. We explore three key goals and explain why linear growth through hiring people is a dead end, and AI agents and self-service are the only path to exponential growth.

We are at a turning point.

And this isn't about "improving the tool." It's about changing our mindset.

Our Current Goals

1️⃣ Specialist Self-Service. A specialist sends a resume link or text in Telegram → we improve → approve → send to the integrator. First, we test it on ourselves. Then - on real specialists.

2️⃣ Agency / Client Portal. We test it on ourselves. Next - a pilot with an agency or integrator. Subscription.

The Core - Beyond the Individual Points

The main thing is the transition:

From a "tool for ourselves" → to SaaS.

We are no longer just:

  • recruiting specialists
  • fulfilling requests
  • operating as a "smart agency"

We are building:

  • AI agents
  • self-service
  • a scalable model
  • a platform, not a service

Why This Is Important

As long as we work "by hand" - growth is linear. Add people → grow. Don't add → stagnate.

SaaS is a different vector. One agent can process dozens of streams. One system - can scale without increasing staff.

It's more complex. It's slower at the start. It requires discipline.

But it's the only path to exponential growth.

What's Important Now

  • not to spread ourselves thin
  • to build the product's core
  • to test on ourselves
  • to achieve repeatability

We have already proven that we can complete tasks. Now we need to prove that we can build a system.

The Most Interesting Stage

To be honest - this is the most interesting stage. The transition from craft to architecture.

And yes, there will be resistance. It's always easier to "do it by hand" than to automate it correctly.

But if we want to break through the operational ceiling - there is no other way.

Let's keep going 🚀
