CRM and internal workstations | Iconicompany
The screens where the work actually happens
The desk an employee sits at all day: the deal card, the queue of tasks, statuses, documents, the call. This is what we build most often — banking workstations, the agent desk in a car dealership, the contact-centre operator desk, a payment module.
What such a workstation usually needs
A card and a history. One profile for the client and the deal: the data in a single window, every change and conversation recorded — who did what, and when.
Statuses and transitions. An application travels a route and every step is written down. It is clear where a case is standing, whose desk it is on, and what is holding it up.
Roles and rights. Who sees what, who signs what, and an audit log of actions.
Integrations. The data rarely lives in the CRM itself — it sits in the core system, the telephony, the document store, external services. The workstation brings it into one window — the operator works in a single tab.
Documents. Assembling the package, recognising it, checking that the signatures are there.
Feeding the work. The next case arrives on its own, from a queue.
What backs this up
Fourteen projects for six customers, each with a contract and signed acts. Three platforms have been running since 2021 and still are. Everything was built from scratch, apart from BystroBank's loan pipeline.
At PJSC BystroBank — the treasury workstation, collateral checking, deal processing, dossier assembly, document recognition, signature-presence checking, REST services to the core banking system, and an API gateway.
The Agent Workstation for Broker LLC: car dealerships take car-loan applications straight from the agent's desk.
The contact-centre operator desk: on a call the client card opens by itself, with the script and the current offer; calls come from a marketing campaign queue, and the telephony is joined to the data.
A car-purchase lending platform with a loan calculator and a warranty-and-insurance sales platform for AvtoGarant LLC, an investment platform for Strizh LLC, a UK property rental platform with AI for RIT LLC / SUPANEON, a payment module for SKAPL LLC.
More detail is in the Projects section.
Two ways to get the system
The AI DLC pipeline. AI DLC is a pipeline that assembles the system. A prototype in two days, an MVP in five. The weeks go into analysis and integrations: assembly starts once it is written down where the data comes from and by what rules a status changes. Quality is held by requirements captured before the code and a test for every acceptance criterion.
Engineers in your team. If you run the system yourself, we supply people by the hour: Middle — ₽1,800/h, Middle+ — 2,200, Senior — 2,500, Senior+ — 2,800. Rates for every specialisation are published in full, and selection is free — the first one, the next ones, and any replacement. Terms are on the Staff augmentation page.
How it is arranged
Payment on completion, no advance. We are ready to start on a letter of guarantee while the contract is being signed. We work through electronic document flow. No VAT — clause 1 of article 145.1 of the Russian Tax Code, as a Skolkovo project participant; if a contract requires VAT, we handle that on our side and the dates stay as agreed.
To start
Tell us which workstation you need and which systems it has to talk to. We will answer with a scope and rates — no discovery calls, no forms.
