An HR system built around your process
Every company runs HR its own way: its own roles, approvals and systems to talk to. Off-the-shelf software almost always asks you to rebuild the process around itself.
We assemble an HR system around the process you already have. A prototype you can click through and argue about — on day two. An MVP — on day five. The weeks after that go into analysis and integrations.
What it is assembled from
From working parts. The mechanics an HR system is always asked for already run in our own product.
Roles and rights. A permission matrix with scopes: the right is "read profiles of my own unit". Access comes only from a right granted explicitly.
Audit log. Who changed what, and when, on every record. Writing to it is a separate contract covered by a test, so every action goes through the log.
Sign-in through an external provider. Authorisation over OIDC: users and roles come from an external directory and are created once.
HTTP API. With an OpenAPI description — so the system lives inside your landscape.
Background processes. Imports, mailings and long jobs run on a workflow engine and survive a service restart.
Deployment inside your perimeter. Containers, your database, your network. A language model, where needed, runs locally — employee and candidate texts stay inside your perimeter.
What backs our knowledge of the domain
We run our own recruiting platform: CV and vacancy parsing, semantic vector matching with reranking, batch search, AI screening in conversation, automatic replies, a funnel with statuses and transition history, a web office and an HTTP API.

What backs the delivery
Fourteen projects for six customers, each with a contract and signed acts. Five are internal workstations — exactly this class of system: an internal user, roles, rights, audit, integration with a system of record.
For PJSC BystroBank — eight projects: treasury, collateral check, deal processing and dossier assembly workstations, document recognition, signature presence checks, REST services to the banking system and an API gateway. Also a car-purchase lending platform, a warranty and insurance sales platform, an investment platform, an agent workstation for dealerships, a property rental platform with AI, a payment module.
Three platforms have run since 2021 and still do. Everything was built from scratch, except BystroBank's lending pipeline. The register is on the Projects page.
What holds the quality
Requirements are agreed before the code, and every acceptance criterion gets a test. That is what holds it. Which is why the first working screen appears on day two: a process is easier to argue about on a screen than on a diagram.

Then you usually need hands. We put engineers into your team, paid by the hour: Middle — ₽1,800/h, Middle+ — 2,200, Senior — 2,500, Senior+ — 2,800. Selection is free — the first placement, every one after it, and a replacement. Details: Staff augmentation.
